Women are doing an insane job in metal in 2025 and I made you a playlist

Hello readers.

A short one today. There is currently a very large amount of extremely high-quality metal, hardcore, punk, etc. being driven forward by exceptionally talented women in metal and so I have made you a playlist to get into some of those projects.

Metal and rock generally has an absolutely shocking record for platforming and promoting great bands with women in them, for reasons to do with it is a crusty ass industry full of degenerate tiktok addicts clicking their fingers to Simply Red who still for some reason think that women in metal are a gimmick. I've always hated that lazy shit. As they say, gender is not genre, and it would be cool for some people in the music industry to develop better taste than 'Metallica is my entire personality' in the year of 2025.
